When we would recommend a renovation:
Complete refurbishment
Take out existing walls ajoining toilet to make large bathroom.
Rehandle doors to get them to swing out or into bathroom.
Changing windows (privacy and keeping heat in).
Removing a bath for a shower installation
Easier access needs
More water saving
More efficient with a Combination boiler and good shower
pressure. No need for pumps.
Updating pipework
Cosmetics i.e. Boxing in of pipes
Existing room conversion
Biggest issue we face is moving or installing soil and vent pipe. 1 possible solution
is a masserater or a waste pump if your shower tray is very low for example. To
suck the water away.
Towel rail / warmer - can be linked with electric underfloor heating. Heated floor
more efficicent as heat rises, and econmical to run. Can be duel fuel (electric
and existing heating system).
Remodaling of existing bathroom.
