A "lower range" bathroom might contain a splash back area of tiling and a budget
range of bathroom suite.
A "higher range" bathroom might be fully tiled with stone tiles, a luxury bathroom
suite and fittings.
Larger bathrooms
Aren't necessarily alot more expensive.
Large bathrooms usually have more tiling, but can have the same fitments as their
smaller alternatives.
Quite often easier to design as you've more space to fit everything in.
